What is LED tapping you might ask? Well, my friend Al Rodee from EFT Atlantic gave me the idea yesterday at the weekly EFT group. Instead of tapping the points physically, imagine the points lighting up with LED lights.
This morning on my walk I wanted to work through a few ideas that had sprung up yesterday, but I did not want to break the stride of my walking with physical tapping, so I gave this LED idea a go.
I have to say it worked like a charm, even better than I anticipated. At first I only imagined the spots lit up with yellow light (I think you could use any color light you want and it would work). Then I imagined that the light was flashing on that spot as long as I stayed on it.
I started with the karate chop point blinking and “even though I have this problem” and repeated it 3 times
Then I moved through all the tapping points, imagining each one blinking while I said the reminder phrase in my mind. I stayed at each spot for as long as it took me to say the reminder phrase or whatever I wanted to say in my head.

I would love to hear about your experience once you have tried this way of tapping this way.

When I first found EFT I wanted to know what the meridians were that were used and what they affected. It was not easy finding the information. Eventually, I found some of the information and here are the links:
- Acupuncture Research and Resource
- EFT Acupuncture and Meridian Chart
- Meridians, Corresponding Organs and their Symptoms
- Tapping Points & Emotions
- Balance Your Meridians and Maintain Emotional Health
- What Emotion Goes with Each of the EFT Tapping Points?
This is the card I made according to the information from the last point above, click on the card for the bigger size:

I have been very busy working with my partner William Thompson at Merdian Energetic and Sports Energetic. We are located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and are happy to work with anybody worldwide as tapping lends itself perfectly well to be done over the phone or Skype.

Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a severe anxiety (emotional) disorder that can occur after a traumatic event. This is a perfectly natural response and the good news is it can be treated naturally. All negative emotions are a disruption in the body’s energy system. If those energetic disruptions are balanced, the symptoms of PTSD tend to fade or disappear completely. Every event affects us emotionally and biochemically and if we don’t address it on those levels it will always stay with us. Gain your emotional freedom today and contact us today.

Our beloved www.emofree.com site is closing with Gary Craig’s retirement. In its place is a brand new site called EFTUniverse.com and it looks just like its old mother site with all the articles. This is great resource site. Thank you Dawson Church for doing this.

I hav
e a few EFTers I follow on Twitter and find there are always interesting links to articles and videos.
Then I came across a really cool Twitter list call “Top EFTers Who Tweet” with many, many EFTers all in one place. All you have to do it click on the ones you want to follow, rather than have to search for each one individually and then add them.
I find that often I will find out about something new, that I had never heard of by reading tweets.
In December 2008 I came across a healing technique that I find fascinating by its simplicity and non-invasiveness. It is call the Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT for short. The base website is called www.emofree.com. The website also offers a free PDF manual.
Here is a quick summary of the technique from the website:
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is an emotional, needle free version of acupuncture that is based on new discoveries regarding the connection between your body’s subtle energies, your emotions, and your health. EFT has been reported successful in thousands of cases covering a huge range of emotional, health and performance issues. It often works where nothing else will.
Dr. Mercola’s website also offer a 7 part online manual. Here is quick summary from his site of EFT.
EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments for over five thousand years, but without the invasiveness of needles. Instead, simple tapping with the fingertips is used to input kinetic energy onto specific meridians on the head and chest while you think about your specific problem – whether it is a traumatic event, an addiction, pain, etc. — and voice positive affirmations.
This combination of tapping the energy meridians and voicing positive affirmation works to clear the “short-circuit” – the emotional block — from your body’s bioenergy system, thus restoring your mind and body’s balance, which is essential for optimal health and the healing of physical disease.
After reading the initial information and finding some videos that were also on YouTube, I did some further search for YouTube EFT videos and found a few more website that I really liked.
- My Genie TV Blog
- Tap 4 Health
- The Stress Clinic
- Emotional Freedom Technique
- Brad Yates
- Tapping
- Try It On Everything
I really find this EFT tapping video from Tap 4 Health on YouTube a great help:

I belong to a weekly EFT tapping group at EFT Atlantic and Al Rodee always uses this tapping script. So it was a small step to create a cue card for it.
Since I discovered Ho’oponopono works really well with tapping, it was just a short step to creating a tapping script cue card.
